Aliniad Consulting Partners was founded in the Washington DC metropolitan area by Trish Silber in 2002. The firm has provided organizational consulting to executives and organizations of all sizes in all sectors both nationally and internationally with a focus on strategic alignment, leadership mastery, and organizational change. Our national network of seasoned consultants provide expertise in strategy development and implementation, executive coaching, leadership and team development, small and large group facilitation, conflict management and organizational change.
